Flex Space and Community-Oriented Shared Space in Atlanta, GA

Commitment to the community, both inside and outside of an office building’s walls, is key to creating culture and belonging for businesses. It’s an essential part of establishing an authentic and dynamic work environment that employees want to return to.

In today’s working world, people want a vibrant, communal office experience. All the research has shown COVID has left us craving for company and collaboration. As human beings, we are all inherently social–we need to be around people to feel happy, fulfilled and well adjusted.

In answer to the post COVID need, and in answer to our long standing belief in being part of the neighborhood, FlatironCity has gone beyond having great office space; it has declared a commitment to the surrounding community. The commitment is seen in the building’s support of local food, beverage and art culture. It’s seen in the building of a boardwalk alongside_________ and the university. We also support of local artists to show their work and host events in which they share the inspirations behind their work. Art, creativity and talks are very much a part of being at this building.

FlatironCity also cultivates community through its every busy cafe on the ground floor. Land of A Thousand Hills Coffee has worked with more than 10,000 farmers, selling specialty beans to coffee lovers worldwide while supporting development initiatives in our farming communities. They have helped change countless lives on both sides of the Atlantic with a program called Collaborative Trade™, built on Do Good Initiative projects that support locally-organized development initiatives.

Groups of people converge here at the bustling entrance to our cafe; it has become a community-oriented shared space for work and connection. This same sense of energy is carried throughout the office building.

From the front desk concierge greeting to each level of the building and through every individual workspace, you’ll find our spaces welcoming. Here diverse companies and people all share an enthusiasm for connection. Using programs, events and a social calendar, the community is regularly brought together for yoga, social hours, wine tasting and art shows.

With the sense of community and our flexible leasing options, you get the perfect formula for business. Whether you need a daily rental or a five-year lease - it’s all available here.

We’d love to grab a coffee in the ground floor coffee shop and then show you how you can get a seat at the table in a unique vintage office building.

Email us at info@flatironcity.com and we’ll gladly share what we believe is the overall best location and best flex space.
