Meet George Marinov, the General Manager of the FlatironCity Eatery & Market - including Caffe 1897, Figo & Kitchen 13. George was born in Varna, Bulgaria and moved to the US in 1998. When he isn't cooking up hot pastries and concocting some of the best espresso drinks in Atlanta, he spends his time swimming and studying at his home in Roswell. He is a student of eight years and holds degrees in hospitality and finance. His most exciting adventures are likely ahead of him, as his wife is 6 months pregnant with their first child. It's a boy! We wish them all the happiness in the world. Come by and meet George M-F 7am-4pm.
